It is wonderful the way you are about your home state... most people have "the grass is greener" syndrome and wish they were anywhere but where they are.
I must admit to that syndrome too, but for entirely different reasons.

My biggest gripe is that the good concerts that I love more than anything are few and far between, and usually are meticulously scheduled for when I'm broke! I just found out that one of my faves will be here next week, though. YAY!

You must have gotten around, Nat, to know what empanadas are! I never heard of them until I moved here..... now I'm addicted. The best ones are about half a block from where I USED to live. I miss that neighborhood for that very reason. |
